The six-storey De-luxe class clubhouse "Residence on Vsevolozhskiy line" is situated in the neighbourhood known as "Golden Mile". It is envisaged to build a two-section residential building with a built-in underground car park, a technical floor and non-residential premises. In the process of searching for a conceptual solution more than five variants of the building were made.
There are 21 flats on the 2nd-5th floors of the building. The existing planning solutions allow combining several flats into one with an area of up to 700m2. The last floor is occupied by 3 penthouses with an area of 200-250m2, the ceiling height of which is 4.2m.
The house is inscribed in the historical building and does not violate its architectural integrity. The facade and interiors are made in Art Deco style.
"Residence on Vsevolozhskoye" is equipped with modern energy-saving systems, central air conditioning and ventilation, integrated security system. On the ground floor of the building there is a wheelchair room, service staff room, drivers room, pet care room. The house is provided with a two-level underground car park, which is equipped with a separate video surveillance system.
The landscaping and gardening of the territory are taken into account.
Facade finishing is made of natural stone and sheet copper.
