residential complex
The gargoyles fulfil a decorative function, adding to the allegory of the architect's boldness .
In 2006-2007 several variants of the residential complex were made at the pre-project stage, after which the realised variant was developed at the project stage.
Engineering systems and structures at the project stage were developed by Strabag CJSC - potential future contractor. Mezonproekt - the general designer.
However, after receiving the expertise report, TPO "Reserve" was selected to perform the working documentation in all parts of the building except facades, leaving the RD for facades, fences and author's support to OOO "Mezonproekt".
