The site proposed for the construction of the shopping centre has a complex L-shape and adjoins the residential area on the western and northern sides, the bend of the Rublevo-Uspenskoye Highway on the southern side, and the internal village road on the eastern side. The facade lines respond to both the relief and the curve of the road. The lamellae leave the surface permeable, while at the same time setting a rhythm and forming a special dynamic pattern: because of this, the building will change as it is perceived in motion. One "ray" on the façade follows the line of the road going down, the other the contour of the road going up. When you can catch the beam of the road, it is beautiful. On the western facade, the end of the second tier is completely glass, using the well-known modernist technique of a large frame. For the people inside, it seems to show a moving stream of cars: you are sitting in the restaurant, and cars are coming up to you from the perspective.
